Mel Cole

After a 33-year career as an Engineer with then Gulf States Utilities Company (now Entergy), and not ready to retire, Mel entered the Real Estate profession in 1990.  He was active primarily in residential and land sales in Lufkin, Texas, for several years.

Mel then passed the Louisiana Real Estate Broker examination and moved to Lake Charles in 1994.  During this entire time, he has been associated with Reinauer Real Estate.  Although a large part of his business is still in the residential and land market, a considerable amount of his work is with Broker Price Opinions and  bank foreclosures.
