Corporation is proud that some individual members of the
firm hold one or more of the following designations; no
other real estate firm in southwest Louisiana has been
honored with licensees having this level of expertise:
CRE
– Counselor of Real Estate – A Counselor of Real
Estate is a real estate professional whose primary
business is providing expert advisory services to
clients and who has been invited into membership of the
organization because of outstanding knowledge, integrity
and judgment in the field. CREs have acquired a broad
range of experience in the real estate field and possess
technical competency in more than one real estate
discipline. CREs assess the real estate situation by
gathering the facts, analyzing the collected data and
then recommending key courses of action to fit the
client’s goals and objectives. Compensation is usually
billed on an hourly or total fixed fee basis, and
confidentiality and fiduciary responsibility of the
client relationship is of the utmost importance.
SIOR
– Specialist, Industrial and Office Real Estate –
Founded in 1941 in response to a request by the (then)
U.S. War Department that a select group of real estate
brokers assist in the location of war production
facilities, the average member has 20 years’ experience
in commercial real estate and meets rigid professional
and ethical standards. SIORs are the most skilled,
ethical and respected industry practitioners. They
provide essential brokerage services, including
consulting, negotiating, appraising and maximizing
investment property portfolio performance.
CCIM
– Certified Commercial Investment Member – A CCIM
is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial
investment real estate and is an invaluable resource to
the commercial real estate owner, investor and user.
Individuals holding the CCIM designation are among an
elite corps of 7,000 professionals worldwide, and the
CCIM designation itself is widely recognized as one of
the most prestigious real estate designations in the
world. The designation process includes a comprehensive
examination, assuring proficiency in both theory and
practice.
CPM
– Certified
Property Manager – A CPM has the knowledge,
experience and versatility to successfully address the
operational, financial and numerous other functions
integral to the professional real estate manager’s job.
CPMs have proven analytical skills enabling them to
optimize a property’s potential as an income-producing
investment. The average experience level of a CPM is
21.5 years. Research confirms that real estate investors
and owners value the CPM designation more than any other
designation in real estate management.
CRB
– Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager – The CRB
designation is one of the oldest and most respected
designations offered in real estate business management.
The CRB community spans nearly 7,000 members worldwide.
Through the Council’s leading-edge education and
resources, members are among the most efficient,
effective and profitable managers in the country.
Members of the firm also belong to ICSC – the
International Council of Shopping Centers, are Notaries
Public and hold the GRI – Graduate of the
Realtors Institute designation.
